Nancy VanArsdall urges all people who comment to so kindly and with humility, showing respect and compassion toward others.  Name calling, unkind remarks, threats, use of profanity, and personal attacks are not okay.

Where the line is drawn is totally up to Nancy VanArsdall and anyone tasked with comment moderation.

Authors of comments deemed as inappropriate may, if time allows, be contacted and offered the opportunity to edit their comment to better conform to this comment policy.  At other times inappropriate comments may simply be deleted without notice.

A person attempting to repeatedly post inappropriate comments will be banned without notice.

Solicitation

No solicitation of products is allowed.  Linking to a specific book, website, or product is fine if it relates to the topic under discussion, but linking to an online store is not.  Linking to an organization or personal website is usually okay, as long as the content is relevant to the conversation.
